We had a monthly staff meeting today.
A lecturer asked what he should do when the students were doing simple works and he had nothing to do.

There were many opinions from other teachers, and I expressed my opinion last.

"When we have nothing to do, we should circulate among the students and should observe them deeply. Furthermore, we should praise the students by using their strong points that we found. By doing so, the students might study more hard."
